Transitional Home
Freedom Home provides a transitional living opportunity for recovering addicts who sincerely seek transformation from life controlling addictions to sober lifestyle of faith and purpose.
Participants in Freedom Home will grow in discipleship, relationships and life skills. Using resources from the community and our on site case manager we facilitate job skills training, financial management, and life skills coaching. We are preparing them to transition successfully into independent living and Christian maturity.
Community Involvement
Freedom Home is actively involved in the homeless community by providing a hot meal every Saturday at the city library. We are actively working with individuals to get them off the streets and into a treatment facility if needed, reunited with family or walking through the process of finding proper housing.
Ending homelessness will never happen by just providing housing. We have to address the issues that led to the person being homeless and helping individuals overcome those issues. That’s the mission at Freedom Home.
